Returns & Exchanges

We want your Charlotte Stone shoes to be your new favorites, so if the fit or style isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with the packaging intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your original shoe box.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place the unworn shoes back in their dust bags and original box, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair.
